The OUR project provides social support and advocacy for people living with or affected by HIV in Bradford. This includes 1-2-1 support, support groups and courses.

The OUR project is a Bradford based community service working with people living with HIV. We offer a quality service to all people living with HIV or AIDS in the Bradford and Airedale district.

Advice and Support: We offer advice, information and support on HIV testing and pre-testing support.

HIV Positive: Community project working with people infected and affected by HIV including counselling, advice and support. We offer one to one and group support.

Courses: We offer training on transmission, treatment and living positively with HIV.

HIV Peer Support Workers offer 1-to-1 support for people living with HIV across the South Yorkshire region.

Our peer mentoring programme supports people who are newly diagnosed, those who might be finding life a bit tough, feeling lonely or having difficulty taking meds, etc.

Our peer mentor will support you by sharing their knowledge and providing emotional support, information and advocacy around welfare, immigration, housing, drug use and any other issues to you.

As well as one-to one peer support, we offer group sessions because we know that meeting with, talking to and laughing with other people living with HIV is both rewarding and empowering. If you are living with HIV and using the Stonegrove centre please let us know what groups you might find useful - anything from a mum and toddlers group, coffee group, to a Gay men group. We're open to listening to you and taking action. Our service is tailored around you.
