About this group

The space is open to any individuals in Leeds and the surrounding area aged 18-25 who identify as LGBTQIA+, including those who may be questioning their sexuality and/or gender identity. We aim to celebrate all forms of Queer joy at The AC.

The Alphabet Collective holds weekly group sessions in the city centre, which aim to empower the social and emotional well-being of LGBTQIA+ people. The AC meets every Monday evening to engage in creative, social and recreational activities and hold discussion based support groups surrounding identity, well-being, health, heritage and history. It's also a place to come to exchange knowledge on local services and opportunities, make new friends, hang out and have fun. We provide free snacks and refreshments for all group members.

When does this occur?

  • 1st and 2nd Monday of the month @ The Market Place from 6:00pm - 7:30pm
  • 3rd Monday of the month @ Flamingos Cafe from 5:00pm - 6:30pm
  • 4th Monday of the month @ LS-TEN Skate Park from 5:45pm - 7:45pm
