About this group

Founded in 1997 as one of the UK's first gay-friendly football teams, the Yorkshire Terriers are a historic club that offers gay, bisexual, and ally players the chance to play the game in a safe, supportive, and non-discriminatory environment. Alongside a rich history of on-field success including winning the GFSN National League, competing in local FA and Midlands Unity leagues, and hosting the highly anticipated annual Yorkshire Tournament the club is deeply focused on building community. They welcome all skill levels, providing members with a fantastic opportunity to stay active, meet new people, and travel across the country and the globe to play football.
