Mental Health Peer Support Groups

MESMAC is running friendly peer support sessions on mental health and wellbeing for over-18s in Bradford and Wakefield throughout 2020.

MESMAC is running friendly peer support sessions on mental health and wellbeing for over-18s in Bradford and Wakefield throughout 2020.

Yorkshire MESMAC will be running peer support sessions around mental health and wellbeing topics in Bradford and Wakefield in 2020.  A warm and friendly welcome, drinks and biscuits will be waiting for all adults over 18 who come along.  Each session will have a different topic for discussion and will be held on Tuesday evenings from 6.30pm, details below:

Bradford:  28 Chapel Street, Bradford BD1 5DN on Tuesdays 14th and 21st of January (6.30pm-9pm), then every second and third Tuesday in the month thereafter.

Wakefield: 12 Cheapside WF1 2SD on Tuesdays 7th and 28th January (6.30pm-9pm), then every first and fourth Tuesday in the month thereafter.
